The Gaoth Dobhair Suite Ballroom

This beautiful room overlooks the busy streets of Letterkenny town from the first floor. An ideal location for Donegal Conferences where you are assured of professional service and experienced staff to make sure you have everything you need for that special event. With its state of the art meeting facilities in Letterkenny, the Gaoth Dobhair Suite caters for banquets & dinner dances of up to 150 guests with menus tailored to budgets and preferences. It can accommodate 220 delegates theatre style and benefits from its own private bar.

The glass fronted Inis Meain Room

Located on the Mezzanine floor, the Inis Meain will impress any business colleague. Ideally suited to a more casual function, corporate launch or wine & cheese reception, bar food is available daily from its own bar. It also has three interconnected plasma screen televisions to aid with feature presentations.

The Loading Dock

Located off the Inis Meain Room on the mezzanine level, this private meeting room is ideal for small parties, meetings or business lunches. The Loading dock can accommodate 35 people boardroom style or 80 for a reception. This room is used for civil ceremonies as it leads straight out to the Inis Meain Room with its fantastic views over the town.

The Colmcille

This room is smaller in size and ideal as an interview room, small boardroom and can hold up to 35 theatre style.
